We want you to be happy with your purchase and have a safe and clear experience.

If you need to make a return or request a refund, here we explain how it works.

We have a 30-day return policy, that is, you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.

The item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with the labels and in its original packaging, so that its return is accepted.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Returned items will not be accepted without having previously requested the return.

Damage and problems

Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive a wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and solve it.

Exceptions / non-return items

If your product arrived damaged or with a defect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the problem. We will send replacement at no additional cost.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns:

-Kits opened or manipulated.

-Used educational materials.

-Offer or gift cards.

-Customized products

Refunds

We will inform you when we have received and inspected your return and we will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original form of payment within 10 business days. Remember that the bank or credit card issuer may take some time to process and make the refund effective.
